monday.com tops Gartner report for vision & execution in 2025

Wed, 19th Nov 2025

monday.com has been recognised as a Leader in the 2025 Gartner Magic Quadrant for Collaborative Work Management for the third year running. This year, the company achieved the highest position on both the 'Completeness of Vision' and 'Ability to Execute' axes among all vendors evaluated. This marks the first time it has been placed at the top of both metrics in the report.

Gartner evaluation

The Gartner Magic Quadrant assesses technology providers in high-growth markets with distinct levels of differentiation. The report evaluates the market based on two primary dimensions: completeness of vision and ability to execute. monday.com was rated the highest on both, reflecting its current strategy and product execution.

In the accompanying Critical Capabilities report, monday.com was listed among the three highest-scoring vendors across all seven measured criteria. The company has received recognition as a Leader in the category every year since Gartner began publishing the report.

Platform approach

monday.com's platform is positioned as a connected hub for collaborative work, meeting demands for visibility, scalability, and intelligence within organisations. The solution features a user interface designed for wide adoption across different teams and industries, with tailored offerings for CRM, marketing, service management, and software development.

The company highlights platform flexibility, allowing teams to plan, track, and deliver projects with alignment across business units. A focus on enabling enterprises to manage their entire operations in a single environment is emphasised with purpose-built modules such as monday CRM, monday dev, and monday service.

AI integration

Artificial intelligence is built natively into the platform. The monday AI suite supports workflow automation, generates insights, and aims to accelerate team productivity by simplifying routine processes. The platform's data management and performance dashboards provide executives with real-time oversight and control at scale.

"We're incredibly proud to be recognised as a Leader once again, and this year's positioning, furthest on both vision and execution, is especially meaningful," said Daniel Lereya, Chief Product and Technology Officer, monday.com. "AI is transforming how work gets done, and we're building monday.com to lead that shift. Our mission has always been to democratise software, enabling every team to build the tools they need to succeed. By embedding AI into every layer of our platform, we're helping organisations move from managing work to actually doing the work, empowering teams to move faster, make smarter decisions, and focus on what truly drives impact."

Enterprise focus

The platform continues to broaden functionality for enterprise customers. Enhancements in data governance and executive visibility cater to the needs of companies managing large-scale and distributed teams. The company maintains that these improvements meet the requirements for coordination and control in multi-team environments.

monday.com is used by more than 250,000 customers globally as organisations seek to optimise team alignment and operational efficiency within a centralised environment.
