The award is a significant recognition for the managed security service provider's exceptional contributions in the IT space, especially given the intense competition that characterised the award submissions.

Each year, the Kaseya Awards recognise the outstanding achievements of service providers in the MSP community. Since they were established in 2008, the awards have consistently spotlighted noteworthy performances in the categories of Automation, Community, Cybersecurity Innovation, Fastest Growing, Rising Star, and MSP of the Year. Their entries are anonymously reviewed by a group of Kaseya Executives.
