Digicor goes premier with Brocade; aims for elite
Digicor has gained Brocade premier partner status and has set its eyes on achieving elite partner status by year end.
Digicor will work with Brocade's entire portfolio of products, from campus to core and software, including the vendor's newsly launched IP storage and networking solutions.
The premier support rank denotes partners who can provide a 'higher level of support for larger, more complex environments', Brocade says.
Paul Barge, Brocade ANZ channel manager, says Digicor typifies the quality of partner the vendor is seeking as it focuses on delivering its 'new IP' to market.
"Their deep understanding of storage and compute solutions will make this a mutually beneficial partnership," Barge says.
Mark Telkes, Digicor sales director, says the enterprise solution provide and system integrator's customers have been 'quite clear' about their desire to shift towards open and flexible storage solutions.
"Brocade's New IP allows us to offer them the ability to keep pace with rapidly changing technologies and meet their operational requirements," Telkes says.
"We see a very strong future for our partnership with Brocade and look forward to working closely with them.
