Australian cybersecurity solutions provider Intalock has been selected as the exclusive delivery partner for Varonis services across Australia and New Zealand.

After partnering with Varonis for the last three years, Intalock is now the first Varonis Certified Delivery Partner in ANZ.

The nomination recognises the company's commitment and end-to-end capabilities in consulting and managed services that support Varonis customers.

Varonis Australia and New Zealand country manager Adam Gordon says channel partners are critical to the company's go-to-market strategy and its success.

Intalock's very first partnership in 2018 was a joint project designed to help a number of financial services and insurance organisations to prepare for new standards. The two companies worked with customers to provide visibility into data exposure and data breach risks.

In 2019, Intalock became a Varonis partner, and over the last two years the companies have worked on a go-to-market strategy to support a range of clients.

In December 2020, Spirit Technology Solutions acquired Intalock for $15 million. The acquisition assisted Spirit with broadening its cybersecurity services offerings.

Spirit's FY21 market expansion strategy that they would target corporate markets with cybersecurity services, cloud, data, and voice.

Spirit's statement on the ASX stated, ”After an extensive market review of assets in the cybersecurity space - Intalock was chosen as the foundational asset for Spirit to enter the corporate and government segments. Intalock will be used two ways, firstly as entry into a new segment and secondly, its range of cyber products will be sold into the existing Spirit portfolio.

“The cybersecurity range of services will complete the Spirit range of IT and telco bundled products.
