Novum Networks has added the full complement of Tollring’siCall Suite cloud analytics to its product portfolio.
The Australian provider is committed to the BroadSoft Voice over IP (VoIP) applications and IP-communications services which are enhanced by iCall Suite to add value to the offering.
The iCall Suite application seamlessly integrates with BroadSoft to enable customer-facing teams to record, monitor and analyse calls on any device, visualising critical business call metrics on dashboards and wallboards.
