Tollring pairs with PingCo to boost Microsoft ecosystem services

Tollring, a developer of data visualisation and business intelligence tools, has inked a global strategic alliance with Australian service provider PingCo. The alliance will enhance the providers' offerings in the Microsoft ecosystem, making use of Tollring's Analytics 365 Call Analytics and Call Recording services.

The agreement will enable PingCo to integrate the services into its TCAP platform, which automates the provisioning of Microsoft Teams' Operator Connect with Direct Routing services. Due to this integration, system integrators, telcos, and managed service providers will experience simplified processes while authorising and delivering these services.

The inclusion of Tollring's advanced services into the platform brings additional benefits to service providers, who can now add Analytics 365 Call Analytics and Call Recording services with a single button tap. These features aim to give organisations of all sizes the capability to evaluate their business call performance across Teams Phone activities, increasing ease of operations and efficiency.

Dan Pearson, the CEO and Founder of PingCo, observed increased interest in the Teams Calling market with Operator Connect. Pearson believes that this partnership will help their partners tap into this growing market, which is projected to grow to a stunning USD $102.5 billion by 2026.
