Reolink has launched its Prime Big Deal Day campaign in Australia, with discounts of up to 35% across a range of home security products.

The campaign runs in two stages: a pre-sale period followed by the main sale. Products are available through Reolink's website and Amazon store. Discounts apply to cameras, floodlights and a battery-powered doorbell, with some offers limited to specific sales windows.

Among the biggest discounts is the TrackFlex Floodlight WiFi, a wired floodlight camera with dual lenses and pan-tilt-zoom functions. It has been reduced by 35% to AUD $279.49 from AUD $429.99 for the full sales period.

The Battery Video Doorbell 2nd Gen has been marked down by 30% to AUD $160.99 from AUD $229.99 during the pre-sale phase only. The wire-free device records at 4MP and has a 1:1 field of view designed to capture visitors and parcels.

Another featured item is the OMVI 3i PoE, reduced by 30% to AUD $314.99 from AUD $449.99 during the main sale. Reolink describes it as an 18MP triple-lens panoramic camera with local video search and automatic tracking functions.

The Solar Floodlight Cam, one of the company's more established products, is also discounted by 30% in the main sale to AUD $125.99 from AUD $179.99. It runs on solar and battery power and includes a 1000-lumen floodlight.

At the lower end of the price range, the Argus MagiCam is reduced by 20% to AUD $79.99 from AUD $99.99. The compact camera weighs 108g, uses AA batteries and is on offer throughout both phases of the campaign.

Reolink is positioning the sale for a period when households may be reviewing home security arrangements during school holidays and long weekends. It also linked the timing to the start of daylight saving, when more people may spend evenings outdoors or travel away from home.

Nick Nigro, Vice President of Sales Australasia at Reolink, said the seasonal shift shaped the company's approach to the promotion.

"Spring is a busy stretch for a lot of Australian households. School holidays, a long weekend away, and more time spent outside once the evenings get more sunlight," Nigro said.

He also pointed to the appeal of products that do not require ongoing subscription fees.

"Whether it's from a camera you can pack and take with you, or a floodlight that runs off solar power, we want people to have peace of mind while they're not home without needing to spend extra on another subscription," Nigro said.

Reolink highlighted subscription-free local storage and on-device detection features across several products in the sale. These include the Argus MagiCam, which supports microSD storage of up to 256GB, and the Battery Video Doorbell 2nd Gen, which supports storage of up to 512GB and includes alerts for tampering, people, vehicles, pets and packages.

In the higher-priced segment, the OMVI 3i series is available in both PoE and WiFi versions. The WiFi model is priced at AUD $319.99 during the promotion, down from AUD $459.99, while the PoE version is slightly cheaper at AUD $314.99 after the discount.

Reolink said the OMVI 3i combines a panoramic view with a tracking lens that follows movement across an area while maintaining a broader field of vision. It is also promoting the device's local AI search functions as an alternative to cloud-based subscriptions.

The sale line-up places a strong emphasis on battery-powered and wire-free products, from the solar-powered floodlight camera to the compact MagiCam and battery doorbell. That focus reflects a broader push among consumer security brands to appeal to households seeking easier installation and fewer ongoing costs.

Reolink said its products are sold in more than 5,000 stores globally and used by millions of customers. In Australia, the current promotion centres on selected devices rather than complete surveillance bundles, with discounts varying by product and sales phase.

The strongest individual markdown in the campaign is the 35% reduction on the TrackFlex Floodlight WiFi, cutting the price by more than AUD $150.
