FYI, this story is more than a year old

Enterprise applications provider Unit4 has announced the appointment of Chris Tithof as channel director for Australia and New Zealand, as the company chases growth across the region.

According to a statement, Unit4 plans to ‘grow 100%' in the the region, and has partnered with online messaging app Slack as it targets ‘people-centric' organisations.

Specialising in cloud business management, Tithof will drive Unit4's business in the region, responsible for developing new business, strategic account selling and continuing the successful partnerships with Agilyx, Connexxion and S1 Consulting within the region.

“I have been working in this region for a while and I see many potential opportunities for Unit4's growth here since it is a unique product in comparison to the others in the market,” Tithof says.

“Services companies will only grow if they make better decisions, provide better customer service and find new business opportunities from their data – if they do not, the competition will,” he says.

According to the company, among Unit4's focuses within the ANZ market is the professional services sector, where Tithof says delivering customer service excellence is vital to success.

The sector includes education, not-for-profit and public services, in which the company has successfully implemented projects with Queensland Government's One School Program and New Zealand Post.
