Game on as Impact Systems signs ANZ Mionix gaming deal
Mon, 2nd Nov 2015
FYI, this story is more than a year old

Impact Systems has signed a distribution deal with Sweden's Mionix, which will see the distributor bringing Mionix gaming peripherals to the Australian and New Zealand markets.

The deal will see Sydney-based Impact Systems distributing Mionix' gaming keyboards, mice and headphones.

Mionix has previously only been available in Australia online via Mwave in NSW and onlie and retail through Scorptec, Centre Com and PC Case Gear in Victoria.

Peter Agamalis, Impact Systems managing director, says Mionix' will complement the company's existing range of gaming add-on devices.

He says Impact Systems already has one major vendor on onboard and it made sense to have a secondary partner. Both vendors have their own unique strengths which Impact Systems will be looking to capitalise on, he adds.

Mionix says it is expanding its global distribution network on the back of demand for its products in this region.

Carsten Berger, Mionix head of sales, says the company is already making ‘ambitious' growth plans in Australia and New Zealand.
