Braze has been named a Leader in Gartner's 2026 Magic Quadrant for Multichannel Marketing Hubs, marking the fourth consecutive year it has received the designation.

Gartner positioned Braze highest for Ability to Execute and furthest for Completeness of Vision among the vendors assessed. Braze also said it ranked first in the Multichannel Engagement and Omnichannel Workflow Innovation use cases in Gartner's 2026 Critical Capabilities for Multichannel Marketing Hubs report.

The recognition places the New York-headquartered marketing technology company alongside large software suppliers in a closely watched category for brands managing customer communications across email, mobile, web and messaging channels. Gartner's multichannel marketing hub market covers software used by marketers to coordinate campaigns, customer journeys and content across several touchpoints.

Braze focuses on tools that help brands organise and deliver customer interactions across channels from a single system. Its software is designed to connect with existing data and technology systems rather than require organisations to replace them.

That approach reflects a broader issue facing marketing teams as they deal with a growing number of channels, data sources and artificial intelligence tools. Companies are under pressure to respond more quickly to customer behaviour while also demonstrating a return on spending.

Braze has expanded its artificial intelligence products across campaign development, content creation, decisioning and automation. Its product set includes BrazeAI Operator for campaign work and problem-solving within existing workflows, BrazeAI Agent Console for building and managing AI agents inside the platform, and BrazeAI Decisioning Studio for determining relevant experiences for individual customers based on behaviour and context.

According to the company, these tools are intended to help marketers activate data, personalise messages more precisely, coordinate work across channels and introduce artificial intelligence into marketing processes with governance and oversight.

Astha Malik, Chief Business Officer at Braze, linked the result to pressure on marketers to move quickly and justify spending.

"In a crowded industry with no shortage of vendor choices, marketers are under more pressure than ever to move fast, deliver personalised experiences, and prove ROI on every investment they make," said Astha Malik, Chief Business Officer, Braze.

Malik said the company viewed the ranking as recognition of its long-term focus on serving marketing teams.

"Braze has been on the side of ambitious marketers since day one, giving them the freedom to tap into their creativity and pursue what inspires them and their customers. We see our position in the Magic Quadrant as a reflection of years of championing marketers and helping brands meet the demands in front of them. By bringing together real-time engagement, AI-powered decisioning, and a platform designed to work within each organisation's broader technology ecosystem, we are delivering on our conviction that there has never been a better time to be a better marketer," Malik said.

Market focus

The multichannel marketing software market has become more competitive as vendors seek to combine data handling, workflow management, campaign delivery and artificial intelligence features in one offering. Brands increasingly want systems that allow marketing teams to adapt customer communications in real time without adding further operational complexity.

Braze said its architecture is composable, meaning organisations can link the platform to existing software and data investments while building customer engagement workflows around those systems. That positioning is aimed at companies that want to add marketing orchestration tools without fully replacing their current technology stack.

Braze has built a global presence, with 15 offices across the Americas, Europe, the Middle East, Africa and Asia-Pacific. Its inclusion in the Gartner Leaders quadrant for a fourth straight year is likely to strengthen its standing with large organisations reviewing suppliers for customer engagement and journey management tools.
