Partner achievements

Access4's Chief Executive Officer, Tim Jackson, commented on the effectiveness of partner-led growth in the market for cloud communications solutions.

"Our partners are setting new benchmarks for what cloud communications can deliver. These awards recognise the partners who are not just growing their own businesses, but also transforming the way end customers collaborate, connect and serve their own clients."

The Annual Conference this year included strategic sessions focused on Unified Communications, Customer Experience, and User Experience, with practical enablement provided for partners. Sponsors, including Xima, Enreach, Kaseya, Inforcer, CommsPlus Distribution, Tollring, CallCabinet, NetSapiens, TechTent, Dubber, and Snom Technology, supported the conference.

Channel focus

Access4 operates as a channel-only cloud communications Software as a Service vendor, supporting more than 600 partners across Australia, New Zealand, and the United Kingdom. The company's channel-exclusive model aims to assist partners in delivering and scaling unified communications and customer experience solutions, underpinned by Access4's proprietary SASBOSS platform.

Since its foundation in 2016, the company has prioritised enabling partners to expand their offerings in cloud-based communication services. The conference recognised those partners whose efforts have contributed significantly to the adoption of these technologies in the enterprise and business sectors across the region.
