Workday expands Agent Partner Network with over 15 AI ventures

Thu, 18th Sep 2025

Workday has announced that more than 15 portfolio companies from Workday Ventures have joined its Agent Partner Network, enabling their AI agents to integrate with Workday's Agent System of Record (ASOR).

The strategy supports the creation and deployment of AI agents that are tailored for enterprise use and are now available in the Workday Marketplace. Participants include companies supplying AI solutions across a range of business functions, providing customers with improved opportunities to automate work and facilitate decision making.

Agent system integration

With the growth of artificial intelligence in the workplace, Workday's ASOR offers a framework for deploying and managing AI agents with consistent governance and data controls. The ASOR is designed to define agent roles, ensure appropriate access to data, and enforce responsible operations under business guidelines for every agent - regardless of the creator.

Workday stated the Agent Partner Network has expanded fourfold to over 50 partners since its recent launch. The company aims to blend partner-driven innovation with the governance features of the ASOR to provide customers a standardised, secure entry point for enterprise AI applications.

"Workday Ventures is about more than investment - it's about scaling the most innovative companies shaping the future of work," said Michael Magaro, Senior Vice President of Corporate Growth, Workday. "By connecting our Ventures partners' agents to the Workday Agent System of Record, we're giving customers access to trusted, enterprise-ready AI solutions that are secure, responsible, and built to drive real business impact."

Portfolio partners and available agents

Among the fifteen-plus Workday Ventures partners offering discrete AI solutions are Aisera, Auditoria.AI, Censia, Glean, Laurel, TechWolf, Uplimit and Workboard.AI. Their agents are designed to address a variety of business needs, including finance automation, workforce planning, and employee productivity.

Key solutions now on offer in the Workday Marketplace include:

  • Aisera Assistant: An AI-powered self-service tool for employees that works within platforms such as Microsoft Teams and Slack, handling search, knowledge delivery, and autonomous actions.
  • Auditoria.AI's AP Invoices Agent: Focuses on automation of invoice processing and vendor management, reducing errors and providing real-time cash position visibility for finance teams.
  • Censia's Talent Landscape, Benchmarking & Strategy Agent: Operates as a strategic adviser, delivering competitive benchmarks, identifying organisational gaps, and suggesting talent strategies.
  • Glean's Work AI for All Agent: An AI assistant that centralises search across business applications and automates routine tasks for employees.
  • Laurel's AI Time Tracking Agent: Offers automatic transcription of work activity into timesheets, providing insight into time allocation for teams and projects.
  • TechWolf's Workforce Intelligence Agent: Analyses HR, market, and business data to guide automation, skill development, and alignment of workforce planning with strategic goals.
  • Uplimit's Skill-Building Agent: Designs adaptive practice scenarios and provides responsive, AI-driven guidance for skill development.
  • Workboard.AI's Leadership Coach Agent: Supports managers with task prioritisation, meeting preparation, team follow-up, and feedback management.

These agents are accessible through the Workday Marketplace, offering enterprise clients a single point for discovering and deploying AI solutions relevant to complex business needs. At the same time, participation in the Agent Partner Network provides ventures with a new channel to grow their offerings within the Workday ecosystem.

"Being a Workday Ventures partner and part of the Agent Partner Network allows us to deliver more AI innovations to the Workday ecosystem," said Abhi Maheshwari, CEO, Aisera. "This collaboration enables Aisera to do what it does best - delivering best-in-class agentic AI for the enterprise - while Workday provides the scale and trust of their ecosystem."

The new agents are positioned by Workday as tools for boosting automation, insight, and productivity for customers seeking to consolidate and scale their enterprise AI capabilities. As a result, enterprise buyers are able to evaluate and deploy a broader range of AI-driven technologies, while partners are afforded new routes to market their AI agents directly within Workday's structured framework.
