Uniden unveils new wire-free security camera range

Uniden has introduced its new App Cam SOLO X range, a security solution comprising eight wire-free cameras designed for home surveillance, both indoors and outdoors. These cameras, which feature 2K Super HD recording, offer potential buyers a scalable security system managed through the MyUniden+ App.

The product line includes a video doorbell and an array of easily installable cameras that can be adapted to meet varying property requirements. Brad Hales, Uniden's National Marketing Communications Manager, highlighted that this new range aims to deliver flexibility and reliable security to consumers.

Hales stated, "This new range of wire-free security cameras provides an innovative and functional way for people to monitor their homes, capturing every detail and storing footage for peace of mind and deterring a crime before it happens. The cameras come with free, seven-day rolling cloud coverage and SD card backup for the lifetime of the product. These features mean that users can avoid extra subscriptions or ongoing charges, with options available for 30-day and advanced AI subscriptions if needed. The cameras can be useful for monitoring various activities, such as keeping track of household deliveries, checking on the house when away, or even keeping an eye on pets left at home.

The App Cam SOLO X2K is priced at AUD $149.95, with twin and quad packs available at AUD $289.95 and AUD $569.95, respectively.

Another addition is the App Cam SOLO X2K Bullet Kit, which offers a powerful spotlight for Colour Night Vision. This feature ensures that all movements are captured clearly, even at night.
