REALMS & SEEN launch Find:Seek for brands

REALMS and SEEN have launched Find:Seek, a service that combines search intelligence with cultural strategy for brands.
It is aimed at companies trying to understand how consumers search on social platforms, through creators and within online communities, and how to respond. The service is already working with its first brand clients.
The launch brings together the work of REALMS, an independent culture consultancy founded by Rhian Mason and Elly Brand, and SEEN, a digital agency founded by Lachlan Gill. The joint offer links search data with cultural and creative planning through a live dashboard.
The service uses a four-stage process: Diagnose, Define, Plan and Measure. According to the companies, it identifies priority customer questions, reviews brand and competitor visibility, and highlights areas where brands may be able to improve their presence.
A central part of the model is what they call the Content Realm, a framework built around priority customer questions. It is designed to connect search data with broader cultural analysis to guide content, channels and external voices.
The service reflects a wider shift in how people look for information online. Brands have long tracked their visibility on conventional search engines, but social platforms have become a growing source of product discovery, recommendations and answers, especially through creators and peer networks.
That shift has created a commercial challenge for marketers, who now need to understand not only where their brands appear, but also the context in which consumers search, the language they use and the people they trust. Find:Seek is positioned as a response, combining search analysis with strategic advice on what brands should make and where they should appear.
REALMS brings cultural and creative strategy across social, earned media, creators, content and partnerships. SEEN contributes data, search, media, creative and technology capabilities, as well as intelligence tools developed for in-house teams.
The partnership is intended to turn consumer search behaviour into a plan for action rather than a simple measurement exercise. Its aim is to help brand and agency teams move from identifying gaps in visibility to deciding how to address them.
Rhian Mason and Elly Brand outlined their view of the shift in consumer behaviour and marketing practice.
"Everything about how people discover brands is changing, but the fundamentals of good marketing haven't. It's still about understanding people, what they care about, who they trust and what influences their decisions. We see social search as a window into culture. The questions people ask, the language they use and the people they turn to reveal so much more than search intent. They give us clues about what's happening in people's lives and what matters to them. What's exciting about Find:Seek is that we're bringing two disciplines together in a way that makes cultural understanding genuinely actionable. We're not just identifying where brands are missing from search; we're defining where they have a meaningful role to play, what they should create and who they need to connect with to win. It's about more than being found. It's about giving people a reason to find you," said Mason and Brand, Co-Founders, REALMS.
Gill said the product was developed in response to the spread of search activity beyond traditional web search.
"Your customers are already searching for you on social platforms, but we realised most brands just can't see how they're showing up. The key shift is that discoverability has moved beyond Google and Find:Seek aims to solve that for marketing and creative teams. We find the questions your customers are asking, show you who's answering them on each social platform and turn the opportunities into a plan you can track. It's how we blend search intelligence with cultural strategy to compound discoverability over time," said Gill.
