Radaro has appointed Gabriele Famous as Chief Strategy Officer, adding senior leadership as the company expands its enterprise last mile delivery platform.

The appointment places Famous in charge of long-term strategy, market expansion, and positioning as the company shifts further into enterprise logistics and delivery orchestration.

Strategic role

Famous brings more than 20 years of leadership experience across software, enterprise technology, and digital platforms.

Her background includes board-level roles and executive positions focused on growth strategy, mergers and acquisitions, and market positioning across North America, Europe, the Middle East, Africa, and Asia-Pacific.

She has worked in senior roles at Salesforce, Oracle Aconex, Versent, Zendesk and Trustpilot, where she managed global teams and oversaw expansion into new markets.

At Radaro, her role will centre on guiding the company's strategic direction as it targets enterprise customers managing complex delivery operations.

Growth focus

The company is positioning its platform as core infrastructure for organisations running large-scale delivery networks, including those using both in-house and third-party fleets.

Radaro said demand is rising as businesses face higher expectations around delivery speed, visibility and service quality.

The company's platform is used across sectors such as retail, industrial services, healthcare and original equipment manufacturing.

It has expanded its footprint over the past decade, with customers using its technology to coordinate delivery operations and improve efficiency.

Market shift

Radaro is focusing on last mile delivery as a strategic function within enterprises, rather than a standalone logistics activity.

The company said customer experience, operational efficiency and competitive positioning are increasingly tied to delivery performance.

It also pointed to growing use of automation, artificial intelligence and data analytics in managing delivery networks.

These factors are shaping how businesses invest in logistics technology and how platforms such as Radaro position their offerings.

Executive view

"Gabriele brings the strategic depth, commercial insight and category leadership that aligns with where Radaro is heading," said Brenton Gill, Chief Executive Officer, Radaro.

"The last mile has become one of the most important moments in customer experience and brand trust. Gabriele's appointment reinforces our vision to lead innovation and shape the future of last mile delivery," said Gill.

Famous said the company is entering a new phase of growth as enterprise demand increases.

"Radaro is at an inflection point, with strong momentum in enterprise markets and a clear opportunity to lead this category," said Gabriele Famous, Chief Strategy Officer, Radaro.

"The platform has long partnered with organisations to turn delivery into a strategic advantage. My role is to accelerate that growth by expanding Radaro's capabilities, reach and influence as last mile delivery becomes central to enterprise performance," said Famous.

Platform direction

As Chief Strategy Officer, Famous will oversee how Radaro develops its platform and engages with partners and customers.

Her remit includes tracking industry changes and shaping how the company responds to shifts in customer expectations and technology adoption.

She will also contribute to how the company presents its value to enterprise clients and investors as it continues to scale.

Radaro said the role will support its efforts to strengthen its position in enterprise delivery technology while maintaining focus on long-term growth and operational resilience.
