Thu, 20th Jun 2024

Pure Storage has announced new enhancements aimed at improving partner experience during its annual Pure//Partner Forum. The event, held in Las Vegas, saw the attendance of 450 partners and featured discussions on innovations shaping the storage technology industry.

During the forum, Pure Storage recognised several partners with its 2024 Pure Partner awards. The "APJ Partner of the Year" award was presented to Atturra, an Australia and New Zealand-based company. This award acknowledges the outstanding revenue growth, innovative solutions, and dedicated collaboration with customers exhibited by the partner.

The event highlighted Pure Storage's commitment to its partners, emphasising enhancements designed to bolster operational efficiency and elevate customer experience. As Adam Rosham, Director of Channel Sales for Australia and New Zealand at Pure Storage, stated, "We're delighted that our home-grown partner took home the APJ Partner of the Year Award amid stiff competition from great Pure Partners around the region. As a 100% channel-driven company, Pure Storage is unwaveringly committed to our partners who play a pivotal role in guiding our shared customers towards digital transformation and achieving remarkable business outcomes."

Rosham added, "Together, we drive customer success with our subscription-led data storage platform and solutions, delivering unmatched value, flexibility, and cost savings."

Rod Dunstan, General Manager of Sales at Atturra, reflected on the award by saying, "Winning the APJ Partner of the Year Award is the culmination of intense collaboration between Atturra and Pure Storage over many years. Our partnership is founded on the shared goal of bringing unmatched performance, simplicity, and value to our customers to meet their business and sustainability goals."

Dunstan noted the significance of the updates announced during the event, stating, "The announcements at Pure//Partner Forum will give us new levels of insight into our customer deployments and enable us to support them even better."

The newly announced enhancements are designed to provide partners with advanced tools and capabilities to better serve their clients. Some of the key updates include:

  • AI-powered asset management: The Pure1 Assets dashboard enables partners to maintain uninterrupted service and perform cost analysis during renewal periods using smart workflows. Industry-leading visibility into expiring subscriptions and AI-based recommendations allow partners to turn renewals into strategic planning and growth discussions.
  • Digital master services agreement: Partners now have the ability to opt-in to a new self-service purchasing model, enabling customers to subscribe to additional Evergreen//One services within Pure1. This model includes partner margin and full account visibility for tracking revenue growth.
  • Expanded partner intelligence: Enhanced intelligence capabilities provide partners with strategic insights, including account-specific KPIs, trends, directed growth opportunities, and platform performance analysis. These tools aim to expose upsell opportunities and improve the overall customer experience.
  • Simplified invoice management: The Partner Invoice Management system offers self-service invoice reporting, APIs, and an actionable dashboard, significantly reducing or eliminating reconciliation time.

These updates highlight Pure Storage's dedication to innovation within its Partner Program, which aims to maximise value for its partners.
