OutSystems unveils Elevate partner scheme for AI era
OutSystems has launched Elevate, a redesigned global partner programme built around a value-based framework that ties partner status and benefits to performance measures such as customer satisfaction and agentic AI technical credentials.
OutSystems said the update reflects shifts in enterprise software development, as autonomous AI agents and more complex cloud deployments change how organisations build and run applications. Elevate replaces a single set of broad partner metrics with an "Earned Level" model.
Under the new structure, partners earn points across four pillars: Financial Contribution, Knowledge, Customer Satisfaction (C-Sat), and Program Track. The scoring is designed to measure activity and outcomes rather than participation alone.
Performance model
Elevate introduces a point-based system that also changes how specialist skills are weighted, including new point values for agentic AI credentials. OutSystems said this allows partners to demonstrate readiness for AI-driven application development engagements.
The programme also shifts incentives towards delivery outcomes and customer results rather than volume-based measures. It includes a global framework with standardised discounts that vary by deal size and deal source, which OutSystems said will create consistency across markets and reduce variation between regional partner arrangements.
Ben Yerushalmi, SVP of Partner and Alliances at OutSystems, said the programme is intended to recognise different forms of partner contribution. "Our partners deserve a program that rewards all the ways they engage with OutSystems to drive value & ROI for our joint customers," he said.
He also linked the programme to broader trends around AI agents. "Our partners are the architects of the agentic future, and they need a program that moves at the speed of their innovation. Elevate rewards our partners for technical excellence, while helping them accelerate their global scale," Yerushalmi said.
Channel signals
Partner programmes have become a focal point for software vendors that rely on services firms and systems integrators for implementation, migration, and industry-specific delivery. Formal scoring systems can influence which partners receive preferential commercial terms, earlier access to product changes, or increased co-selling opportunities.
Elevate places explicit emphasis on customer satisfaction through its C-Sat pillar, adding a direct feedback measure to partner standing alongside knowledge and financial contribution. OutSystems has not detailed how C-Sat will be collected or weighted relative to the other pillars beyond confirming it is one of the four scoring categories.
Partner response
Xebia said the programme aligns with changing customer expectations around delivery speed. "AI has fundamentally shaped what enterprises expect from digital transformation and how fast they expect it. OutSystems Elevate program gives Xebia the global scalability and partner alignment to deliver on that promise, wherever our clients are in the world," said Preetpal Singh, Global Head of Product, Engineering, and Partners at Xebia.
Coolprofs, another long-standing partner, highlighted the emphasis on investing in skills and community engagement. "The OutSystems Partner Program is crucial to our business. The new program is great in the way that it allows committed partners to thrive. The more we invest in our OutSystems knowledge, the community and our customers, the better we perform in the program. The partner is in control."
Access and rollout
Elevate is available immediately to new and existing partners. OutSystems said partners can view their current status through an "Earned Level" dashboard in the OutSystems Partner Portal.
The launch follows Yerushalmi being named a 2026 CRN Channel Chief, which OutSystems linked to its focus on partner engagement and ecosystem strategy.
OutSystems said Elevate provides a structured roadmap for partners to scale within its ecosystem, with the points model outlining which activities and results drive progression.
"Our partners are the architects of the agentic future, and they need a program that moves at the speed of their innovation. Elevate rewards our partners for technical excellence, while helping them accelerate their global scale," Yerushalmi said.
