OrionVM leverages NEXTDC suite to boost growth

10 Jun 16

OrionVM's expansion of its wholesale Infrastructure-as-a-service (Iaas) using NEXTDC's data centre network has allowed the company to grow and diversify its locations.

“We’re currently navigating a period of high growth, with the view to double the size of the business in the next year. NEXTDC’s national footprint gives us coverage diversity and helps us drive our business into markets we didn’t cover previously. On top of that, NEXTDC’s premium services are set at a cost which allows us to maintain our position of best price/performance in the market,” says Matt Ding, chief operating officer at OrionVM.

OrionVM can deliver cloud solutions that are scalable and cost-effective, with highly competitive price and performance ratios. The company says the software can make a dramatic difference to clients' capital expenses and support IT costs.

Its services are used by government departments such as the NSW Department of Industry and enterprises such as D-Link.

“OrionVM’s enterprise-grade wholesale cloud platform is a great example of the kind of service innovation NEXTDC is committed to supporting. We are pleased to welcome OrionVM to NEXTDC’s national partner ecosystem during this exciting phase in their business growth and development, to offer new value and services to our expanding customer base,” says Adam Scully, group executive, sales and marketing at NEXTDC.
