Nintex unveils global partner program to boost AI innovation
Nintex has announced the launch of a new global partner program designed to redefine its approach to partner collaboration, with enhanced incentives and expanded tools.
The program introduces a range of new features targeted at resellers, system integrators (SIs), managed service providers (MSPs), and independent software vendors (ISVs), aiming to help them deliver solutions more efficiently amid rising demands for AI-powered process orchestration and streamlined technology ecosystems in the mid-market sector.
The partner program features new tiering arrangements, a modernised portal, increased enablement opportunities, and updated incentives. These changes follow the appointment of Brian Kuettel as Global Head of Partner Strategy and Sales, who is tasked with leading Nintex's global partner organisation and driving strategic alignment and growth with channel and technology partners.
Program aims
Nintex says the program was developed in response to a rapidly changing business landscape marked by economic uncertainty, software consolidation, and the rapid advance of artificial intelligence. The company's vision is for its partners to play a central role in helping customers adapt to these challenges, particularly organisations in the mid-market that are seeking to modernise operations and adopt AI responsibly.
According to Nintex, channel partners possess deep domain expertise and can tailor business process orchestration solutions to industry-specific challenges using the Nintex platform. This, the company says, is intended to help customers strengthen governance and accelerate business transformation.
The new partner program is described as a "foundational step" in Nintex's recommitment to supporting its partners and enabling mutual growth. Central to the changes is an enhanced partner experience, supported by a modern portal and deeper education resources to assist with building industry-specific solutions. The incentives model has also been refreshed to facilitate new business opportunities.
"Nintex has always been partner-powered," said Brian Kuettel, Head of Partner Strategy and Sales at Nintex. "We're entering a new era where customers aren't just looking for point solutions - they're looking for platforms that can orchestrate work across people, systems, and AI. This program makes it easier for partners to meet that demand by building, selling, and delivering high-value solutions on the Nintex platform."
Industry response
The program received early endorsement from partners. Kevin Schaal, Chief Executive Officer of AiGS, a Nintex Premier Partner, commented on the program's alignment with partner needs:
"The new Nintex Partner Program is exciting and should prompt every automation consultant to reevaluate how Nintex is leveraged in their portfolio. It reflects exactly what the partners need – a well-thought-out partner program that enables partners to grow and thrive while selling Nintex," said Kevin Schaal. "Our customers are under pressure to simplify technology investments, improve ROI, and embrace AI responsibly. With the Nintex platform, we can help our customers build AI-powered solutions that address these priorities head-on, while scaling innovation and driving measurable business outcomes."
Key program features
The refreshed partner program introduces several changes:
Partners will have access to new tiers, with expanded benefits aligned to business models and engagement levels. This is intended to help partners develop solutions faster and increase collaborative opportunities in industry-focused markets.
Nintex will provide dedicated resources to build AI-enabled workflows and tailor business orchestration solutions for unique customer needs, reflecting increased demand for artificial intelligence in process automation.
The updated Nintex Partner Portal presents partners with a single point of access for sales tools, training resources, marketing materials, technical documentation, and support, all designed for efficient go-to-market strategies.
An expanded incentive framework includes opportunity registration bonuses and joint marketing programmes, aimed at helping partners open new revenue streams, expand customer impact, and differentiate their services in the market.
Implementation and future outlook
Nintex states that the roll-out of the new partner program will begin globally in phases starting in October 2025, with further details being shared directly with existing and prospective partners.
The company reports that thousands of organisations already use the Nintex platform to drive efficiency and automation, and it expects the revised partner program to further strengthen its position in the business process orchestration market.
