Linnworks partners with Swanky for ANZ retail solutions

Linnworks has announced a partnership with Shopify Plus agency Swanky to offer a comprehensive retail commerce platform in Australia and New Zealand.

This new venture aims to enhance the capabilities of Australian retailers by merging Linnworks' inventory management solutions with Swanky's expertise in online retail strategies. The collaboration is positioned as a strategic step towards equipping retailers with necessary tools to thrive in a competitive market.

Linnworks, known for its order management, marketplace connectivity, and warehouse management solutions, will extend its services to the Australian market under this partnership. Swanky, which focuses on developing online strategies for Shopify Plus retailers, plans to integrate Linnworks' technology into its services, including tech stack consulting, custom development, design, branding, and strategies for customer retention, like subscriptions and loyalty programmes.

The collaboration is expected to bring multiple benefits to retailers, such as enabling streamlined inventory management across various channels and marketplaces. Retailers will be able to improve order accuracy and optimise fulfilment processes, while gaining seamless access to leading online marketplaces.

The partnership also aims to enhance warehouse operations and strategic online growth, allowing clients to develop and execute effective online retail strategies.
