LexisNexis Risk Solutions launches Australian cloud facility
LexisNexis Risk Solutions has launched its inaugural Australian cloud hosting facility, marking a significant step in its strategy to provide localised risk orchestration services in the region. This initiative follows the establishment of its first Asia-Pacific data centre in India last year.
The cloud hosting service utilises sophisticated technology to offer reduced latency, improved load time, and enhanced response rates. It simplifies compliance procedures by providing access to LexisNexis RiskNarrative, an end-to-end customer lifecycle management platform.
This platform enables businesses to integrate multiple information sources seamlessly, allowing for real-time, well-informed risk decisions, which aim to create smoother customer experiences.
With the new offering, organisations can make swifter risk decisions within a unified application program interface (API) and platform environment. The platform takes a holistic approach by integrating Know Your Customer (KYC), Know Your Business (KYB), anti-money laundering (AML) activity, identity documentation, biometrics, and advanced fraud detection measures.
Konstantin Poptodorov, director for Australia and New Zealand at LexisNexis Risk Solutions, highlighted the importance of this new facility given the current data governance and privacy requirements faced by businesses.
He stated, "We understand the importance of data governance and privacy requirements that organizations face. Amid heightened compliance requirements and intensifying demands, we support businesses with new cloud-hosted services, so they can evolve without sacrificing customer satisfaction."
Poptodorov added, "This launch demonstrates our commitment to providing innovative and comprehensive solutions for the local business community as we strive to build better and safer digital experiences."
LexisNexis Risk Solutions employs a robust cloud platform designed to meet specific data residency and regulatory requirements. It offers a variety of compliance certifications, such as ISO 27001, CSA certification, and HIPAA, ensuring that data security is maintained to a high standard.
The initiative is expected to bolster the company's presence in the Asia-Pacific region and provide businesses with the tools they need to navigate complex regulatory landscapes while maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction.
