Kyndryl & Nova Intelligence partner to boost SAP Cloud ERP moves
Kyndryl has established a collaboration with Nova Intelligence to accelerate and simplify SAP Cloud ERP transformations through the application of multi-agent AI solutions.
This partnership will see Kyndryl's SAP modernisation and data services combined with Nova Intelligence's AI platform with the intention of assisting enterprise customers in migrating to SAP Cloud ERP, streamlining custom code analysis and transformation for SAP Clean Core compliance, and modernising legacy SAP environments while maintaining business continuity.
Scope of the collaboration
The agreement enables Kyndryl to incorporate Nova Intelligence's agentic AI technology into its SAP services portfolio, supporting organisations during their transition to SAP Cloud ERP, previously known as SAP S/4HANA. This arrangement aims to help customers migrate more quickly and with greater cost efficiency, as well as modernise their existing SAP environments to fulfil SAP Clean Core principles.
Kyndryl and Nova Intelligence will provide tools to transform legacy custom code into modern applications that meet Clean Core standards. The collaboration also features the use of Nova Intelligence's AI agents to document, analyse, discover, build, and test end-to-end solutions that are Clean Core compliant.

Application in practice
Kyndryl has already utilised Nova Intelligence's AI agents internally to update two of its mission-critical legacy SAP custom applications. According to the company, this process has significantly reduced manual development work and associated transformation costs, demonstrating the real-world impact of the combined offerings.
Nova Intelligence's AI agents are designed to accelerate the documentation, simplification, generation, and unit testing of custom code. Integrating these agents with Kyndryl's existing SAP modernisation services, the companies aim to assist customers in attaining Clean Core compliance, reducing risks associated with legacy systems, and maintaining operational continuity throughout digital transitions.

The collaboration with Nova Intelligence builds on this background, enabling deeper guidance for customers and offering additional support through the company's Data Transformation Suite.
Nova Intelligence specialises in agentic AI platforms intended for SAP transformations. The organisation's team has previously managed a significant number of S/4HANA transformations and HANA projects and brings extensive experience from the enterprise software sector.
