Kinetic IT attains ServiceNow Elite Partner status

Wed, 4th Mar 2026

Kinetic IT has been recognised as a ServiceNow Elite Partner in Consulting & Implementation, placing the Australian technology services provider in a higher tier of the software company's partner programme.

The recognition relates to Kinetic IT's work advising on and delivering ServiceNow deployments, including platform configuration, workflow implementation, and scaling ServiceNow across organisations.

Kinetic IT has worked with ServiceNow for more than 14 years and has delivered implementation, project delivery, and consulting services across multiple industries. It describes itself as one of the longest-standing ServiceNow partners in Australia.

ServiceNow is a cloud-based platform used by organisations to manage digital workflows. It is commonly deployed for IT service management, as well as broader employee and customer service processes.

Partner status

Elite Partner status in Consulting & Implementation indicates a partner has met ServiceNow criteria for delivery and advisory services. Kinetic IT described the recognition as a milestone for its ServiceNow practice.

Murray Thompson, Group Executive for Advisory and Transformation at Kinetic IT, linked the recognition to the company's delivery focus across service management and workflow programmes.

"Kinetic IT is known for simplifying operations, strengthening service delivery, and building the resilience customers need to thrive in an increasingly digital and connected world. Achieving ServiceNow Elite Partner status marks a significant milestone for Kinetic IT and a strong validation of the depth and breadth of our capabilities."

Thompson also pointed to the company's scope of work on the platform, including IT service management, employee experience, and broader digital workflows.

"This elevated recognition reflects our sustained commitment to delivering exceptional outcomes for customers, from IT service management to employee experience and broader digital workflows, backed by certified expertise and proven delivery excellence. As an Elite Partner, we're now even better positioned to help Australian organisations accelerate digital transformation, drive value from their ServiceNow investments, and create seamless, future-ready experiences for customers."

Skills base

Kinetic IT's ServiceNow practice includes strategic consulting, platform design, implementation, integration, and ongoing support. Its teams work with customers on technology programmes that often require coordination across multiple systems and operating environments.

Dan Spada, Practise Leader for ServiceNow at Kinetic IT, said the Elite Partner status reflected customer relationships and the company's engagement with ServiceNow.

"Kinetic IT is thrilled to be elevated to ServiceNow Elite Partner status. It is a powerful recognition of the trust customers place in Kinetic IT, and the depth of the enduring relationship we have built with ServiceNow."

Kinetic IT also highlighted specialist certifications within its workforce, including Certified Technical Architects and Certified Master Architects, credentials associated with ServiceNow's training and accreditation programme.

"Kinetic IT's Elite Partner status reflects our ethos of delivering tangible outcomes for customers, investing in the development and growth of our people with Certified Technical Architects (CTA) and Certified Master Architects (CMA) in-house, and working in true partnership with ServiceNow to solve complex challenges at scale. We thank ServiceNow for its partnership and are excited to continue building a strong, resilient technology ecosystem across Australia."

Market focus

Kinetic IT operates across government, defence, and critical industry sectors. It positions itself as a provider of "secure, sovereign ICT solutions" and says it employs more than 1,500 people nationally.

It provides services across digital infrastructure, cybersecurity, intelligent workplace, and service integration, and describes an onshore delivery model and a "security-first approach".

In describing its ServiceNow work, Kinetic IT referenced the ServiceNow AI Platform, which it uses to support efforts to streamline operations and improve service delivery in Australian organisations.

Its ServiceNow practice also includes governance and platform health, enhancements, integrations, and managed services. These areas typically cover maintenance, performance oversight, and change delivery after the initial implementation.

Kinetic IT said its work spans IT service management, service integration, and cyber security in the context of ServiceNow deployments, positioning these services as ways to keep ServiceNow environments integrated with existing systems and aligned with organisational requirements.

The Elite Partner recognition comes as Australian organisations continue to invest in platforms that consolidate service management and workflow automation. In the market, ServiceNow deployments often expand from IT service desks into areas such as HR service delivery, customer service operations, and enterprise-wide request management.

Thompson said Kinetic IT expects the status to strengthen its position in the Australian market as customers extend ServiceNow programmes into additional workflows and service experiences.
