Chris Botting has been appointed as the Chief Product Officer (CPO) at Infovista, a company in the network performance sector, proficient at delivering enhanced customer experiences for Communications Service Providers (CSPs).
With over 30 years of experience innovating in the software and cloud businesses across top global organisations, Botting brings a massive reservoir of expertise to Infovista. His primary role will be to speed up the company's growth trajectory, innovate the customer experience, and develop strategies that enhance customer value. He will report directly to the CEO, utilising his vast industry knowledge and customer-centric mindset.

Before joining Infovista, Botting held crucial executive roles at prominent technology firms like Cisco Systems, where he served as General Manager for its Customer Care and Contact Center Technology Group. During his time as Chief Operating Officer at Selligent, he implemented transformative strategies that boosted annual revenue growth and advanced a data-driven, Agile operation.
Furthermore, demonstrating his entrepreneurial prowess, Botting founded and led a SaaS/mobile application startup. More recently, he was the Chief Product Officer at Intelepeer, responsible for enhancing their communications automation platform.
