Endava opens Perth office to boost AI support for WA industries
Endava has opened a new office in Perth to expand its presence in the Asia Pacific region and support clients in Western Australia's energy, mining, and infrastructure sectors.
The new office is part of Endava's ongoing expansion across Asia Pacific, with the company aiming to deepen its engagement with clients in Western Australia and enhance delivery capabilities for sectors such as energy and resources. The company, which employs more than 12,000 staff globally, is committed to strengthening its role in helping local industries address operational, regulatory, and sustainability challenges.
Regional focus
According to Endava, establishing a local presence allows the company to be closer to its regional clients and improve its support for long-term transformation programmes focused on technology and digital engineering.
"We've worked with clients in Western Australia for several years, and this new office marks a natural next step in how we support those relationships," said Josh Doolan, Managing Director, APAC at Endava. "By building a local team with deep industry experience, we're better positioned to help organisations address challenges around operational efficiency, decarbonisation and long-term resilience, not just in Western Australia, but across the broader Asia Pacific region."
Endava integrates automation, artificial intelligence (AI), data and software engineering in its approach to manage complex transformation projects. The company's delivery model combines sector-specific insights with global engineering resources, providing clients with tools and advice to modernise operations.
The recent selection of Endava as one of seven global partners in OpenAI's Beta Services Partner Program highlights its ongoing work in supporting clients with AI adoption. Through a mix of global teams and technology partnerships, the company states it delivers solutions tailored for industry-specific priorities and wider enterprise transformation.
Leadership and expertise
Sally Anne Roberts has been appointed as Senior Client Manager, Commercial, based in the Perth office. She brings more than ten years of experience in strategic procurement, digital transformation, and commercial programmes linked to environmental, social, and governance (ESG) outcomes within the resources sector. Roberts will work closely with clients to implement AI and data-driven solutions to address longstanding industry issues.
"In industries like mining and energy, it's critical that technology partners understand the operational environment, not just the tech," said Sally. "Endava's ability to combine sector expertise with emerging technologies like AI creates a strong foundation for helping clients address interdependent challenges across ESG, supply chain and digital transformation."
The Perth team will collaborate with Endava's network of over 2,000 employees across the Asia Pacific region and the wider global organisation to support clients in Western Australia's key sectors, including energy, infrastructure, and essential services.
Doolan further explained the company's focus on data-driven decision making:
"Many asset-intensive industries operate in complex, data-rich environments," said Josh Doolan. "Our focus is on helping clients unlock the full value of that data, using AI to generate insights, enhance decision-making and lay the foundations for continuous innovation across their operations."
Commitment to local industry
Endava states the new Perth office reinforces its commitment to build on-the-ground expertise to help industrial clients modernise operations, increase resilience and scale technology-led initiatives. The company cites sustained investments in key regions as a response to the increasing complexity and regulatory requirements facing its clients.
The expansion comes as energy and resources companies in Western Australia look for support in deploying digital solutions that respond to growing data volumes, evolving ESG expectations, and the need for continuous operational innovation.
