Duco partners with Arctic Wolf to boost AI security for clients

Wed, 27th Aug 2025

Duco Limited has entered into a partnership with Arctic Wolf to provide enhanced security operations capabilities to customers in Australia.

Through this agreement, Duco Limited customers will gain access to Arctic Wolf's security operations services, aimed at helping organisations prevent, detect, respond to and remediate cyber threats. These services leverage the Arctic Wolf Aurora Platform, which incorporates artificial intelligence and machine learning to deliver automated and scalable threat management.

Security platform

The Arctic Wolf Aurora Platform is designed to address modern cybersecurity challenges by providing dynamic defences that adapt to the evolving threat landscape. The platform is capable of delivering security functions such as endpoint security, managed detection and response, risk management, security awareness training, and incident response. These functionalities are supported by the platform's Alpha AI technology, which is engineered to enable organisations to operationalise their security processes more effectively.

Arctic Wolf states that its approach emphasises helping customers actively reduce risk while building long-term resilience in their cybersecurity stance. The platform is complemented by Arctic Wolf's Concierge Delivery Model and Security Journey, which the company describes as supporting the achievement of key security outcomes for organisations seeking to lower cyber risk.

Partnering for outcomes

Arctic Wolf's collaboration with channel partners is a key part of its distribution model. The company reports supporting over 10,000 customers globally, providing services aimed at aligning security operations with broader business objectives. The partnership with Duco Limited is intended to offer Duco's customer base access to tailored resources that support both immediate threat response and ongoing security posture improvement.

"We are excited to have Duco Limited in our award-winning Partner Program. Arctic Wolf's security operations expertise complements their suite of existing offerings to create a unified approach that will protect customers and advance their security journey," said Michael Benn, director, APAC Channel Sales, Arctic Wolf. "In an environment where cyber risk is synonymous with business risk, the Arctic Wolf Aurora Platform allows customers to achieve not only world-class security operations, but also the protection and peace-of-mind that comes along with it."

Duco Limited provides managed IT services and cloud solutions for clients in Australia. The new partnership forms part of Duco's efforts to expand its portfolio of outcome-focused solutions for local organisations. The company aims to enable customers to maximise security operations at scale, providing tools and expertise needed to address the shifting cybersecurity environment.

"As a leader in IT solutions throughout Australia, Duco Limited is thrilled to partner with a leader in security operations to elevate threat detection and protection for us and our customers," says Jason Clark, Chief Executive Officer of Duco Limited. "We are committed to delivering outcome-based solutions to our customers, and our partnership with Arctic Wolf will enable our customers to fully maximise security operations at scale and defend against the rapidly evolving threat landscape."

Advanced AI integration

The Aurora Platform, powered by Alpha AI, is engineered to combine advanced AI and machine learning algorithms with human expertise, delivering a blend of automated and managed security operations. This approach is intended to offer measurable improvements by supporting functions such as managed detection and response, risk management, and incident response. Arctic Wolf asserts that these capabilities are accessible for organisations of varying sizes and sectors, aiming to simplify the operational burden associated with maintaining effective security defences.

Both companies describe the partnership as a way for organisations to access customisable security resources and to respond to both emerging and known threats. Over time, the companies expect that customers will leverage these resources not just to address incidents as they arise, but to improve their overall resilience to cyber risks through ongoing enhancements to their security posture.
