Fri, 28th Nov 2025

Australian outsourcing company ConnectOS has achieved a fourth consecutive appearance on the Australian Financial Review Fast 100, ranking 37th in the 2025 list. This milestone marks the first time an Australian outsourcing provider has maintained such sustained recognition for year-on-year high growth.

Revenue growth

ConnectOS posted a compound annual growth rate of 65.28% for the period between 2023 and 2025.

This follows a growth rate of 88.79% in the previous period according to the Fast 100's methodology. The company's annual revenue increased from USD $12 million in the 2022 financial year to USD $66 million in 2025.

Client expansion

The company's client base has expanded from more than 70 in 2021 to over 300 in 2025. It delivers offshore team solutions primarily for Australian businesses in sectors such as professional services, accounting, technology, finance, healthcare, and eCommerce. ConnectOS facilitates recruitment, payroll, IT infrastructure, and office administration for teams based in the Philippines, while clients retain control of day-to-day operational management.

Industry context

Outsourcing has become increasingly important for Australian organisations. According to a 2025 IBISWorld report cited by ConnectOS, the national outsourcing industry is expected to reach AUD $49.6 billion with an annualised growth rate of 1.2% over the five years to 2025.

Security focus

ConnectOS highlights certifications such as ISO 27001, SOC 2, GDPR, and PCI DSS as part of its security and compliance obligations. The company attributes its retention and productivity outcomes to ongoing focus on staff engagement and employee wellbeing.

Leadership perspective

"Being listed in the AFR Fast 100 for the fourth consecutive year is a milestone that few organisations achieve," said Steve Evans, Chief Executive Officer, ConnectOS.

"It reflects not only the sustained growth ConnectOS has experienced, but also the trust our clients place in us as their partner in building high-performing offshore teams. This momentum is fuelled by our commitment to delivering exceptional capability for our clients and creating workplaces where people are supported to perform at their best.

"Our growth comes from helping businesses, both in Australia and across the globe, access capabilities they couldn't otherwise access or afford. Offshore teams of highly-skilled, well-compensated professionals give companies competitive advantages that local hiring costs would put out of reach," said Evans.

"Over the next 12 months, we'll be ramping up our capabilities, expanding our service offerings, and continuing to invest in supporting both our clients and teams," said Evans.

"We continue to leverage emerging technologies to strengthen our operations and keep our clients ahead of the curve. The trajectory ahead is exciting, and we're committed to growing with the same focus and care that have brought us to this point," said Evans.

Future plans

ConnectOS will increase its investment in integrated resourcing solutions and new technology platforms, and aims to build on partnerships across Australasia, Europe, and North America.
