Cloudflare has expanded the partner ecosystem around its Cloudflare OS AI workspace, adding integrations with a range of widely used business applications.

Cloudflare OS now connects with tools including Asana, Box, Canva, ClickHouse, GitHub, Gong and Notion, and adds deployment partners EPAM, HappyCog and Towards AI. The platform is designed to help organisations build and run AI-based internal tools within existing business systems, while limiting access to only the data needed for each task.

Cloudflare is positioning the platform around a familiar challenge for corporate technology teams. Employees are increasingly using AI tools in their daily work, but security leaders remain concerned about sensitive information entering unapproved systems, code being used without review, and rising model costs that are not centrally tracked.

Cloudflare OS is intended to address those concerns by running on Cloudflare's infrastructure rather than on employee devices. That, Cloudflare said, gives security teams more visibility into how internal AI tools are used and what data they can access.

It also includes Cloudflare's AI Gateway, which helps teams choose different models for different tasks and monitor token spending. The feature reflects a wider concern among businesses experimenting with generative AI, where usage can spread quickly across departments before governance controls are in place.

Matthew Prince, Co-Founder and Chief Executive Officer, said the product emerged from internal use before becoming a commercial offering.

"AI tools shouldn't force companies to choose between moving fast and staying secure," said Matthew Prince, Co-Founder and Chief Executive Officer, Cloudflare. "We built Cloudflare OS for our own teams first and saw how much faster and more safely we could move. Now we're bringing that same experience to companies using some of the most widely deployed platforms in the world. The goal is simple: a secure, company-aware AI workspace from day one, without turning every rollout into a multi-million-dollar engineering project."

The new integrations show Cloudflare's effort to place its AI workspace inside established enterprise software rather than ask customers to adopt a separate stack. Asana brings project and workflow data, Box adds document storage, Canva contributes creative tools, ClickHouse provides access to live operational data, and Gong and Notion add sales and knowledge management inputs.

Partners described the integrations as a way to extend existing software into AI-driven workflows while keeping administrative controls in place.

"The promise of AI at work is less time chasing updates and more time doing the work that matters," said Tony Lam, Head of Tech Partnerships, Asana. "Cloudflare OS helps anyone turn an idea into action across teams, using Asana to track progress, surface blockers and keep work on track. Clear guardrails give teams the confidence to put agents to work and move faster together."

"AI becomes more useful when it can securely connect to the trusted content that powers enterprises," said Manoj Asnani, Vice President, Product Management - Security & Compliance, Box. "Connecting Box with Cloudflare OS gives teams another way to bring their content's knowledge into AI-powered workflows. Together, we're helping organisations expand how they use AI to make faster decisions and collaborate more efficiently, while maintaining the security and access controls that protect their content."

"We're excited to bring Canva to Cloudflare OS as the creative engine for AI assistants and agents. On Cloudflare's secure foundation, agents can now help people find, create and transform designs, while builders can bring Canva's latest capabilities into new apps and experiences," said Anwar Haneef, Head of Ecosystem, Canva. "Together, we're turning ideas into polished, editable sales decks, marketing content or other visual content in their workflows."

Deployment support

Alongside the software integrations, Cloudflare is relying on deployment and service partners to help customers turn internal processes into AI-based agents and tools. That suggests the company sees implementation, training and workflow design as significant barriers to adoption, particularly for organisations without in-house AI engineering teams.

HappyCog and Towards AI framed their roles around helping customers deploy AI systems with stronger governance and operational discipline.

"Security and governance can no longer be an afterthought when deploying autonomous agents and internal AI tools. By grounding Cloudflare OS in Cloudflare's Zero Trust network and capability-based security model, Cloudflare has created a standard for safe enterprise execution. We are proud to join the Cloudflare OS launch to help organisations curate context, deploy Gatekeepers, and deploy enterprise-grade AI applications safely," said Matt Weinberg, Co-Founder and President, Happy Cog.

"Cloudflare OS gives businesses a secure foundation for putting AI agents to work. Our forward-deployed teams turn that foundation into results from day one, embedding it in the processes and translating the workflows that matter most so clients see measurable improvement, not another pilot," said Assel Kashkenbayeva, Chief Deployment Officer, Towards AI. "The real multiplier is that every deployment makes the next one stronger. Each new client moves faster and with more certainty, starting from workflows already proven in production. Given our roots are in closing the AI skills gap, the impact keeps growing after."
