Today

Cybersecurity firm BeyondTrust has recognised four Australian partners for their contributions and achievements over the past year during its 2024 PartnerTrust Live event, held in Melbourne.

The event, part of BeyondTrust's commitment to regional enablement and strategic collaboration, brought together partners from across Australia for a day of knowledge-sharing and business alignment. Subject matter experts from BeyondTrust presented the latest solution updates and market insights aimed at equipping partners for continued growth.

CyberCX received the top honour of Partner of the Year.

The award recognises the company's close collaboration with BeyondTrust's Australia and New Zealand (ANZ) operations and a series of notable joint successes across key industries.

"CyberCX took home the BeyondTrust Partner of the Year award following a standout year in working closely with BeyondTrust's ANZ business and mutually helping to achieve several significant wins across healthcare, retail, education, and critical infrastructure enterprise customers," the company said in the announcement.

Sydney-based 3Columns was named Growth Partner of the Year 2024, highlighting its continued expansion and development across sales and technical functions. The company's promotion to Gold tier partner status during the past year further underscored its growing role in the region.

3Columns was recognised "in recognition of its continuing expertise to expand its sales and technical team year on year," the release stated.

Queensland-based Invise earned the Customer Impact Award for 2024. This award acknowledged the company's work with a critical infrastructure provider, where it played an instrumental role in the design and delivery of a customised cybersecurity solution.

BeyondTrust said the deployment significantly improved the customer's security capabilities and resilience.

"The BeyondTrust Customer Impact Award for 2024 was awarded to Queensland-based infrastructure and security services provider, Invise, for its outstanding work with a critical infrastructure provider for which it played a pivotal role in helping the customer define and architect a tailored solution," BeyondTrust stated.

Invise, working closely with BeyondTrust, "delivered a fast, effective deployment that significantly strengthened the customer's overall security posture and operational resilience," the company added.

Canberra-based Modern 42 was honoured with the Technical Excellence Award for its significant investment in technical resources and customer success. The company achieved the highest Net Promoter Score (NPS) for implementations among BeyondTrust's ANZ partners.

Modern 42 "made a major investment into developing its BeyondTrust technical resources and achieving the highest NPS customer satisfaction rating for implementations across all ANZ partners," according to the announcement.

Roshi Balendran, Regional Sales Director, ANZ at BeyondTrust, commended the winners and acknowledged the wider partner network for their efforts in advancing cybersecurity initiatives across the region.

"In 2025, we're excited about the opportunity to continue to help customers solve their real-world security problems with our partners," said Balendran. "As we continue to invest in strategic partnerships and focus on enablement, we're mutually creating opportunities where partners can innovate, scale, and succeed alongside BeyondTrust."

Balendran also recognised the broader impact of the partner ecosystem: "We congratulate all our 2024 award winners and honour our entire ANZ partner ecosystem for their exceptional dedication to building creative strategies that propel their customers' transformation and growth while strengthening their identity security."

"It is through their ongoing efforts and consistent support of our customers that they are able to deliver unmatched performance, resiliency, security and operating efficiencies," she added.

The awards form part of BeyondTrust's broader strategy to empower its partner network and foster long-term collaboration in combating identity-based threats.
