IT services giant Datacom was named CA Elite partner of the year for Asia Pacific and Japan at CA World in Las Vegas last month.According to Stuart Preston, CA NZ country manager, Elite is CA's highest level of partnership - ranked by the maturity and value of the relationship. “Datacom was chosen for its consistent growth in developing its existing capabilities and market solutions for CA and for spearheading growth into new business areas,” he says.Mark Muru, Datacom director of outsourcing, says CA products are a core underpinning in many of the company's system management services.“CA's tools are aiding us to drive improved automation across our support activities and this is realising demonstrable efficiencies. For us it's all about being able to continuously add value for our clients, ensuring they get the most out of their investment in IT and make a positive difference to their customers,” he says
