FYI, this story is more than a year old

Cirrus Networks is celebrating after being named Juniper Networks' ANZ Emerging Partner of the Year at the vendor's partner summit earlier this month.

Cirrus was one of seven companies to claim awards at the Sydney event, which also saw Telstra named ANZ Partner of the Year, while Westcon NZ took out the top distie honour, claiming Distribution Partner of the Year.

ICT Networks was named Security Partner of the Year, while IBM claimed SP Routing Partner of the Year and CDM was Switching Partner of the Year. Comlinx won Services Partner of the Year.

IBM also took home the gong for New Zealand Partner of the Year.

Cirrus Network's award recognises the Western Australia-based IT solutions provider's strong overall sales performance and growth as a young business, and its ongoing commitment to technical expertise and accreditation.

Mitch Lewis, Juniper Networks vice president, APAC partner sales, commended Cirrus on ‘and exceptional year dedicated to solving the problems of our customers through technical leadership and providing innovative networking solutions'.

Frank Richmond, Cirrus Networks managing director, says his team has worked tirelessly in the past year as the IT solutions integrator geared up for its recent ASX listing, and securing its latest contracts.

“It is an honour to receive this recognition of our hard work and commitment from such a valuable partner,” Richmond says.

Cirrus is the first Elite level Juniper Networks partner headquartered in Western Australia. The company recently announced a 154% unaudited revenue growth for FY15 and the signing of $1.5 million of new managed service business.
