Tecala becomes first Rubrik Authorised Support Partner in APAC

Tecala, the Sydney-headquartered technology services and IT consulting provider, has been named as the first Rubrik Authorised Support Partner (RASP) in Asia Pacific.

Rubrik's exclusive RASP Specialisation recognises partners which demonstrate a proven track record in delivering level 1 and level 2 technical support.

RASP partners receive the same training as Rubrik's own level 3 support engineers and are able to act as the first point of call for joint customers.

As a RASP partner, Tecala can further differentiate itself and grow its Rubrik business by offering customers increased flexibility in the type of support and services they receive, the company states.

In addition, Tecala can now act as a one-stop-shop for support offering Australian enterprises a single point of contact for fast issue resolution.

Over the past three years since it was appointed an Australian Rubrik partner, Tecala has successfully deployed Rubrik data recovery and governance solutions at organisations such as Greencross and Iugis.

The company has recently seen increased demand for Rubrik solutions among organisations operating in industries with strong regulatory compliance and reporting requirements.
