Stake upgrades web platform with advanced investing tools
Australian investment platform Stake has announced the launch of its new web platform, offering upgraded tools for investors. The advanced tools, which include enhanced charting, in-depth portfolio management, and stock research features, aim to give investors a better opportunity to make informed investment decisions.
The latest platform retains a streamlined user experience while introducing a suite of features to help investors expand their wealth. The desktop platform allows investors to make use of larger screens while retaining the ease of navigation from their previous mobile experience. This announcement marks the latest update from Stake, preceding the introduction of Extended Hours in December 2023, which gives investors nine extra hours of market access each day.
Joel Larish, Chief Product and Technology Officer at Stake, commented: "Stake has already broken barriers for ambitious investors through our best-in-class mobile experience, but as customers continue to grow their portfolios and hone their investing skills, we are now introducing more options to help them build their wealth."
He further added, "The new web platform has powerful features that capitalise on the benefits of desktop screens, while maintaining a streamlined user experience so investors don't feel overwhelmed."
The introduction of Extended Hours has already shown promising results. Despite its recent launch, over 20% of all orders on Stake have been placed using this feature, showing investors are utilising these extra windows to place their orders. The Extended Hours feature allows local investors more than nine additional hours to buy and sell shares on Wall Street per trading day.
Key features of Stake's new web platform include enhanced charting for price action analysis, a unified view across the ASX and Wall Street, and the ability to place stop and limit orders directly from the chart view. Additionally, the platform offers a stock comparison tool, a detailed portfolio breakdown, and analyst ratings, which display Wall Street analyst ratings and price targets for newly updated and popular stocks.
Australian customers can now access the Stake web platform, which provides better tools and analysis for managing portfolios and making investment decisions. By doing so, Stake continues its mission of breaking barriers for ambitious investors, providing them with the opportunity to grow their wealth in an informed and strategic manner.
Stake was founded in Australia in 2017 with a mission to break barriers for ambitious investors. Since its launch, Stake has attracted over 500,000 customers by providing seamless access to the U.S. markets, AUD $3 CHESS-sponsored ASX trades, and Stake Super, an intuitive, hassle-free SMSF platform.
