
Sinch partners with OneReach.ai to boost global AI comms
Sinch has announced a strategic partnership with OneReach.ai to support the deployment of agentic AI experiences in customer communications worldwide.
The collaboration brings together Sinch's global enterprise messaging, voice, and email capabilities with OneReach.ai's Generative Studio X (GSX), an end-to-end platform for building and managing AI-native applications.
Businesses using the joint solution will be able to develop and orchestrate AI agents that handle complex, multi-channel interactions by leveraging real-time data and integrating with existing enterprise systems. GSX offers over 1,000 pre-built components and a composable architecture, which is aimed at significantly shortening the time required to bring agentic AI solutions to market.
Sinch emphasised that this partnership is aligned with its focus on supporting personalised, relevant, and timely communication between businesses and customers.
