Rubrik named 2024 Microsoft Partner of the Year for healthcare

Rubrik has been named the Healthcare and Life Sciences 2024 Microsoft Partner of the Year. The accolade recognises the firm's achievements in the application of Microsoft Cloud technology to provide customer solutions in the healthcare and life sciences sectors.

Bipul Sinha, CEO, Chairman, and Co-Founder of Rubrik, highlighted the importance of their collaboration with Microsoft in aiding healthcare organisations. “Our collaboration with Microsoft is essential to helping healthcare organisations attain cyber resilience and recovery capabilities to maintain business-critical operations, govern compliance standards, and safeguard against unexpected downtime,” he said.

Sinha further emphasised the critical nature of data protection in healthcare, remarking: “When it comes to an industry as vital as healthcare, it’s especially crucial to ensure sensitive data is protected in the face of cyberattacks to enable organisations to focus on what matters most: patient care.”

The Microsoft Partner of the Year Awards is an annual recognition programme. Microsoft acknowledges partners who have excelled in developing and delivering exceptional Microsoft Cloud applications, services, devices, and AI innovations over the previous year.

This year's awards saw more than 4,700 nominations from over 100 countries. Rubrik was recognised for implementing outstanding solutions based on Microsoft Cloud technologies, driving customer growth, and enhancing experiences across various healthcare and life sciences segments.

The 2024 Microsoft Partner of the Year Awards were announced ahead of MCAPS Start for Partners, a digital event set to take place on 10 and 11 July. Partners will receive further recognition at the event, leading up to in-person celebrations during the week of Microsoft Ignite in November.
