STAFF WRITER
Ron Halls, Director and Acting Chief Executive has resigned from the Renaissance board and his role as Acting Chief Executive due to personal reasons, and will leave Renaissance on 31 May 2013.
The companies board has thanked Ron for his huge contribution during his time with the company in what they see as a difficult period.
The Board has wished him well for the future.
Doug Casement, CEO Yoobee Retail, Donovan Smith, CFO and Ruth Cooper, CEO Yoobee School of Design will report directly to the Board.
