RAMMP launches free AI connector for Claude, ChatGPT

RAMMP has launched a free artificial intelligence connector for Claude and ChatGPT, giving businesses access to a trust-based marketing diagnostic inside those assistants.

The Brisbane marketing software company's connector provides access to its Brand Trust Score, a measure of where customer trust is breaking down across the buying journey. The score is based on behavioural data gathered over six years and more than 1,000 diagnostics.

The launch brings a marketing assessment process that has typically required specialist analytics support into mainstream AI chat interfaces. Business owners can use the connector to run a diagnostic without paying for the score itself, while more detailed analysis and ongoing monitoring remain part of RAMMP's paid software platform.

Founder Dr Anna Harrison said the product was built in response to what she sees as a lack of precision in marketing measurement, especially for smaller businesses.

"I've spent two decades in rooms with founders who've built genuinely good businesses and have no idea why their marketing isn't working. They're not bad at what they do. They've been failed by an industry that profits from imprecision," said Dr Anna Harrison, Founder, RAMMP.

She said that was also why the company chose to make the core diagnostic free.

"Marketing has been allowed to wave its hands and call it strategy for too long. Brand takes time. You can't measure ROI. Trust the process. That's not strategy. That's professional cover. The cost of it falls on the people who can least afford it: founders, small operators, businesses without analytics teams.

Telling a business owner where their customers are losing trust shouldn't be the thing they pay for. We've spent six years building the measurement system. Now we're giving it away," said Harrison.

Free and paid

Under RAMMP's model, the free offering includes the Brand Trust Score and a set of priority fixes delivered through Claude or ChatGPT. Paid users can access a fuller six-stage breakdown of where trust is being lost, along with recurring monitoring across campaigns and reporting periods, tracked improvement over time, and other platform tools.

The connector can recognise when a user is working on marketing tasks and bring RAMMP's diagnostic system into the chat. Listed uses include competitive analysis, messaging work, homepage refinement, and go-to-market planning.

RAMMP operates as a software-as-a-service business and had generated 1,024 diagnostics by March 2026. It cited client results including a 702% conversion improvement, a 138% revenue uplift, and work on a customer adoption strategy that supported a USD $10 million capital raise. The company added that its methodology has produced conversion uplifts of 10% to 40% without additional marketing spending.

AI role

Harrison said the launch reflects a broader view of how AI systems will be used in marketing decisions. As AI agents take on more campaign work, she argued, they will need measurable signals tied to human buying behaviour.

"Execution has been commoditised. AI made sure of that. Anyone can ship a campaign in an hour," said Harrison.

"RAMMP delivers quality decisions at scale. Whether you're a marketer, a business owner, or an agency working alongside both, the question is the same. Is this decision defensible? We're agnostic about who's asking. We're not agnostic about whether the answer is measured," said Harrison.

RAMMP said its Brand Trust Score is protected by a patent and designed to work across different platforms rather than being tied to a single assistant. That approach may help position the score as a broader measurement layer if businesses increasingly rely on AI systems to monitor and guide marketing activity.

Harrison described that as the next stage of the company's development.

"If agents are going to run campaigns, do the shopping and make recommendations on our behalf, they need a model for how humans actually decide to buy. We've patented that model," said Harrison.

"Today we're putting it inside the assistants doing the work. What comes next is RAMMP running quietly behind the scenes, measuring, monitoring, and flagging what to fix, for the businesses and the forward-looking agencies that want precision in this new era," said Harrison.
