FYI, this story is more than a year old

Procore has appointed a new senior director of global channel to lead the company's global partner program.

Based in Sydney, Clare Wharrier will play an integral role as the company looks to scale its construction technology ecosystem and expand its presence in new markets around the world.

Wharrier's appointment comes as Procore builds out its partner and alliances team, which includes new hires Craig Bovaird as channel manager APAC and Bradley Jacobs as business development manager APAC.

Wharrier joins Procore after nearly 17 years at Autodesk, where she held the role of channel sales senior manager ANZ for six years, leading the local channel ecosystem through significant change and growth whilst navigating the Autodesk business model transformation.

Prior to this, Wharrier held various channel sales and program management roles at Autodesk across ANZ and APAC.

Wharrier has global experience garnered in both Europe and the United States before she settled in Sydney.

Wharrier says, “I've watched with interest as Procore has established itself as a leading software platform solving core challenges for the construction industry, and I'm thrilled to be joining such a progressive and innovative company."

She says, “There is significant opportunity and value in partnering with channel organisations as Procore expands into new territories across APAC and around the world.

"Taking Procore's marvelous platform and tapping into partners' knowledge of the local environment and understanding of customer relationships on the ground will be a magical combination as we grow the business.

"I'm looking forward to building and scaling Procore's first channel program and seeing the positive impact we can have on the construction industry in this exciting new role.

Procore vice president global partnerships and alliances Kris Lengieza says, “We are very pleased to welcome Clare to the Procore team in the important new role of overseeing our global channel strategy and newly formed team.

“Clare's experience in the construction technology industry will be an invaluable asset to our future growth internationally as we launch and grow our reseller program.
