PMT Communications welcomes industry veterans as part of expansion

PMT Communications, the mobile phone signal remediation and telecommunications wing of national security firm PMT Security, has bolstered its management team as part of an ongoing expansion. The Melbourne-based company has made key appointments in recent months, bringing in industry veterans with decades of experience.

Alongside existing management of Operations Manager Sam Jamil and Product Development Manager Geoff Carroll, PMT Communications has welcomed Niyi Adedoja as Solutions Development Manager, Aaron Shorter as National Business Development Manager, Darwin Atendido as Senior DAS Design Engineer, and Jesse Dwyer as Project Manager.

A former ENGIE Services senior staffer, Aaron Shorter boasts over seventeen years of experience in the electrical and telecommunications sectors. He has served in several significant roles at the firm, which was formerly known as DESA, accruing a wealth of expertise and an extensive network of industry contacts across Australia and New Zealand.

Niyi Adedoja also brings substantial experience to the team. Prior to joining PMT Communications as Solutions Development Manager, he spent three years at Powertec Wireless Technology, where he worked as National Channel Manager and VIC/SA/TAS Solutions Manager. Mr. Adedoja possesses over two and a half decades of sales and business development experience covering industries as diverse as technology, telecommunications, and construction recruitment roles.

Welcome to the team are also Darwin Atendido as Senior DAS Design Engineer and Jesse Dwyer as Project Manager, as the company seeks to fortify its structure.

Darren Taylor, Managing Director of the PMT Group of companies, expressed his company's dedication to developing its communications business. His comments reflected upon the strategy of "'offering Australian organisations smart, cost-effective solutions' and bringing in 'end-to-end solutions, from auditing and planning to design, implementation, and ongoing service'."

Its nationwide team of dedicated staff focus on providing tailored solutions, enhancing customer and resident experiences while reducing the total cost of ownership.

On a shared note, both Niyi Adedoja and Aaron Shorter expressed their optimism about PMT Communications' future. They emphasised the significant potential for enhancing mobile signals and communications across a range of sectors including healthcare, retail, commercial real estate and logistics.
