Pax8 integrates Microsoft Marketplace & launches MSP growth plan
Pax8 has announced two significant developments aimed at supporting managed service providers (MSPs) who use Microsoft's cloud and AI products. The company has integrated the unified Microsoft Marketplace within its Pax8 platform and launched a structured enablement journey for MSPs to expand their Microsoft Cloud services portfolio.
Marketplace integration
Pax8 is now one of the five global launch partners incorporating Microsoft's combined AppSource and Azure Marketplace into its own offering. This allows MSPs to access Microsoft-vetted solutions, including AI applications and third-party software, via the Pax8 Marketplace.
Partners are able to bundle third-party software and hardware with their own services, offering more options to their customers. As all listed solutions have passed Microsoft compatibility checks, this is designed to reduce deployment risk and simplify onboarding processes for customers.
"By embedding Microsoft's Marketplace into our own, we're giving partners a powerful new way to scale their offerings and reach new customers faster while supporting a key initiative of Microsoft," said Oguo Atuanya, Corporate Vice President of Vendor Experience, Pax8.
Guided growth
Pax8 has also launched OneCloud Guided Growth, a programme aimed at helping MSPs develop and sell the full range of Microsoft Cloud services. The curriculum provides a five-stage structure covering understanding best practice, configuration, stakeholder engagement, implementation, and ongoing review.
MSPs are guided through assessments across strategy, operations, technical capabilities, sales, and marketing. Over 110 courses and more than 20 learning paths are available, tailored to each partner's level of maturity and business goals.
"Partners are looking for more than just tools-they want a roadmap to growth. We are always looking for ways to enhance our partnership with Microsoft to benefit our collective partner ecosystem. OneCloud Guided Growth equips MSPs with the strategy, support, and confidence to expand their Microsoft offerings and deliver transformative value to their customers," said Craig Donovan, Chief Experience Officer, Pax8.
Partner recognition
Infinity Group, one of Pax8's UK-based partners, has been named Microsoft's 2025 Dynamics 365 Partner of the Year. The award recognises the group's work in delivering business results through licensing strategy and streamlined solutions using Microsoft's platform, as well as their success in expanding their customer base with efficient enterprise resource planning deployments.
Channel impact
The developments are intended to streamline MSPs' ability to bundle, sell and implement Microsoft and third-party solutions, reducing time to market. According to a cited IDC study, MSPs offering a wider range of Microsoft solutions can generate up to 25 times more revenue compared to those with single-solution offerings. The structured training and bundled ecosystem are expected to position partners as trusted consultants for their customers.
"With Microsoft, we're not just building technology, we're building the future of managed intelligence. Our joint innovations in AI, security, and cloud orchestration are redefining what's possible for MIPs and the SMBs they serve," said Nick Heddy, President and Chief Commerce Officer, Pax8.
