NZ-based Pivot software to be acquired by ASX-listed cloud service provider

Cloud-based HR software provider Pivot Software joins forces with Australian company ELMO Software Limited.

Pivot Software announced the acquisition of their business by ELMO Software Limited, an ASX-listed provider of Cloud HR and payroll solutions and the fastest growing HR Tech company in the region.

Pivot Software CEO Philippa Youngman says, “We are excited to be joining with ELMO to provide the market with a complete suite of HR solutions.

“This will enable Pivot to further accelerate our growth in the Asia-Pacific market, and provide our clients with access to specialised and functionally rich HR solutions for the complete employee lifecycle.”

“There is a significant opportunity for a regionally-based provider to service this market with a comprehensive HR solution, which is what the combined group will offer the market.”

Youngman confirmed that all Pivot Software employees will be retained and she will remain CEO.

The Pivot Software brand will continue and there will be no change for existing customers, who will continue to use their respective products with the same levels of support.
