New channel leader for LogicMonitor APAC
LogicMonitor, provider of cloud-based IT infrastructure monitoring and intelligence software, has announced that Swapnil Shah has joined the company as leader of APAC channel and alliances.
In this newly created role, Shah will oversee the region's current channel partners and alliances, while also seeking new opportunities to support the company's continued growth across Asia-Pacific.
"The channel is now more important than ever for LogicMonitor as we seek to expand and accelerate our regional footprint. The extensive knowledge and experience Swapnil acquired working for leading systems integration companies will further accelerate the growth and scale of LogicMonitor's channel organisation as we continue to seek new APAC partners," LogicMonitor APAC regional manager Harry Guy says of the appointment.
Shah heads to LogicMonitor after holding key roles at global systems integrators Infosys and Tech Mahindra, where he led efforts to expand and consolidate developing organisations' footprints in the APAC region.
"I am excited to join LogicMonitor at a time when cloud-based monitoring is experiencing unprecedented growth," says Shah.
"I am a firm believer that hybrid environments are the future, and I was attracted to LogicMonitor due to its market-leading product that monitors both on-premises and cloud infrastructure; the company's clear vision as defined by its executives; and the highly energetic and driven team in Australia.
The new manager of APAC channel and alliances hire strengthens LogicMonitor's connections to a broad network of service providers, the appointment announcement states.
These connections will be integral to LogicMonitor's growth strategy as the company continues to aggressively pursue APAC channel revenue.
As a part of its continued regional expansion, LogicMonitor most recently onboarded Victoria-based integrator Hagrid Solutions as part of a strategic partnership that will expand the company's footprint in commercial enterprise and workflow management.
In May, LogicMonitor also added Aquion as a new partner in Australia.
To capitalise on recurring revenue, LogicMonitor partners such as Aquion can build, integrate, resell and implement the cloud-based platform to monitor hybrid IT environments with end-to-end visibility of applications and services.
LogicMonitor's partner programme delivers sales and marketing collaboration, training and certification programs, dedicated partner managers, portfolio differentiation, accelerated onboarding and automated deal registration.
"With unprecedented strain on IT networks, demand for a true cloud-based monitoring platform that prevents outages and optimises performance is a top priority for many of our customers," says Aquion vendor manager Morgan Leong.
"We leverage LogicMonitor to improve our customers' agility and resilience and monitor thousands of technologies out-of-the-box. In addition to serving our customers efficiently and effectively, LogicMonitor's partner program simplifies our sales process, which helps us close more deals and grow our business.
