N-able expands integrations to enhance cybersecurity suite

Today

N-able has announced new integrations to its Technology Alliance Program (TAP), expanding its suite of third-party solutions to enhance its partners' cybersecurity and operational efficiency.

The company is accommodating the growing needs of IT professionals by incorporating a diverse range of technologies designed to tackle IT complexity and cybersecurity threats and manage extensive data sets. Among the key integrations are collaborations with Xurrent, SeedPod Cyber, Rewst, Derdack Signl4, and Webroot by OpenText, all of which will be incorporated into N-central, a core part of N-able's management platform.

Through these partnerships, N-able aims to enhance the toolset available for its managed service providers (MSPs), enabling them to offer more secure, efficient IT management services suited to the rapidly changing digital landscape. The company highlights the role of TAP as crucial in providing partners with the necessary resources to navigate today's digital economy demands.

Xurrent introduces an AI-powered IT Service Management (ITSM) platform among the new integrations. It is designed to enhance automation and service management by enabling automated ticket creation and intelligent workflow automation, alongside real-time system monitoring directly embedded in N-central.

SeedPod Cyber now brings its AI-driven Insurtech platform into N-central, aiming to facilitate seamless cyber insurance solutions for partners. This integration also provides Tech Errors & Omissions (Tech E&O) insurance capabilities, further extending its utility to partners seeking comprehensive insurance solutions alongside IT management.

Rewst, which previously integrated with N-central, has expanded its collaboration to include Cove. This extension optimises daily operations by automating user and device onboarding, backup monitoring, ticketing, and additional support for billing and invoice reconciliation.

Derdack Signl4, a platform for mobile incident management and notifications, promises fast, automated notifications for critical incidents through its integration with N-central. This functionality is expected to allow businesses to swiftly address urgent threats and operational issues, helping reduce downtime and mitigate risks.

Webroot by OpenText adds DNS protection capabilities, integrating with N-central and N-sight for heightened cybersecurity measures. This integration aims to block malicious websites and prevent phishing attacks, enhancing end-user security and minimising operational risks.

Dave Lefkowitz, Director of Business Development at N-able, commented, "We're thrilled to announce these new integrations, which significantly expand the options available to our partners as they look to enhance IT management and security for their customers. The flexibility and variety these integrations bring to the N-able Ecoverse allow MSPs to choose the solutions that best meet their clients' needs, allowing them to stay ahead of the curve in an ever-evolving digital landscape and more efficiently battle growing cyberthreats."
