Australasia's largest provider of corporate ICT, soft skills, and digital skills training, Lumify Group, has announced the acquisition of Wizard Corporate Training, an established Australian training provider. This strategic acquisition is poised to enhance Lumify Group's training portfolio significantly. With the integration of Wizard Corporate Training, Lumify will offer 25 new professional development courses, broadening the array of training solutions available to its customers.

The acquisition strengthens Lumify's commitment to providing diverse training solutions, including short professional development courses, application IT training, management tools, and custom training programs. The comprehensive suite of offerings aims to cater to a wider range of client needs, ensuring that Lumify remains a key player in the training industry across Australasia.

Wizard Corporate Training has been serving approximately 7,000 organisations nationwide, with a notable presence in the Australian Capital Territory (ACT). This acquisition not only broadens Lumify's reach but also expands the scope of services it can provide to its clients. Furthermore, the customers of Lumify's subsidiary organisation, Nexacu, stand to benefit significantly from this acquisition.
