LG reveals AI innovations at CES 2025 for daily life ease

Today

LG Electronics is presenting its new AI-driven innovations at CES 2025, under the theme "Life's Good 24/7 with Affectionate Intelligence."

The company is demonstrating how it utilises AI technologies to enhance daily conveniences and customer experiences at the Las Vegas Convention Center. The booth structure is distinctive, offering visitors an immersive experience through zones categorised by different times of the day, from morning to night, each illustrating how AI can enrich daily life.

At the entrance, attendees are greeted by a massive semi-circular display featuring LG Kinetic LED Media Art. LG's customisable Kinetic LED products form part of their complete solutions offering for customers. The display provides multisensory experiences characterised by high picture quality and kinetic movements synchronised with video and audio content.

The exhibit is designed to showcase the "Space-as-a-Service" concept, aimed at expanding living space horizons. Each zone demonstrates how LG's AI-assisted technologies can contribute to everyday life, enhancing comfort and connectivity.

In the Rise & Shine (LG AI Home) zone, LG presents a vision for seamless mornings through Affectionate Intelligence and the On-device AI Hub, which provides a safe and connected living environment. This zone features technology like voice and facial recognition that delivers personalised insights and content based on sleep patterns, adapting to users' routines to improve daily experiences.

The Connect & Cruise (Car-Commercial) zone highlights AI-driven mobility and commercial solutions. A key feature is the Vision AI mobility concept intended to enhance safety and personalisation in future mobile experiences through AI-based in-cabin sensing solutions.

For midday activities, the Work & Create (Intelligent Office) zone showcases how AI can streamline work processes. Visitors can interact with the LG gram Pro 2-in-1 and learn how to utilise LG CreateBoard for generating document-based AI insights and managing AI-driven system controls.

The Gear up & Game (Gaming Playground) zone offers an AI-optimised gaming environment. The LG ThinQ ON system allows users to personalise their gaming experience and mood settings, featuring the LG UltraGear OLED Bendable Gaming Monitor among other devices.

In the afternoon, the Inspire & Innovate (LG Labs Studio) zone encourages creativity and wellbeing. AI technologies are used to create personalised ambient solutions, transforming living spaces for different purposes like a chic café or personal cinema. The MX platform serves as a flexible home solution, integrating AI and appliance technology.

Utilising the EXAONE multimodal AI model, ambient content is generated to create dynamic atmospheres tailored to user preferences, showcasing a variety of unique images generated from specific prompts.

Evening activities are highlighted in the Curate & Elevate (Upscale Home Living) zone, merging AI technology with luxury design. Key products include the LG Signature OLED T and the second-generation LG SIGNATURE lineup, offering enhanced personalisation and convenience.

The nighttime experience is further explored with the kinetic media chandelier display featuring the LG Signature OLED T, creating immersive visual experiences through synchronised lighting and media.

Alongside these innovations, the exhibition reflects LG's commitment to sustainability, with installations symbolising the company's ESG goals like the Comfort Kit Tree and Sustainable Cycle Tree.

CES attendees can explore these developments at LG's booth until January 10, with products promising to revolutionise both personal and professional lives by harnessing AI technology.
