Lemongrass, a provider of software-enabled services, has expanded its range of offerings with the introduction of a new RISE with SAP Advisory service. This development aims to aid organisations in their digital transformation journey, focusing on efficient planning, implementation, and management of their transition to Cloud solutions. The advisory service is particularly designed to simplify and expedite migration processes by providing strategic guidance on SAP S/4HANA readiness, application compatibility, and comprehensive transformation strategies.

The newly launched advisory service highlights several key features to support enterprises through their transformation. This includes strategic advisory and planning and providing tailored guidance to align SAP strategies with business objectives. Another important aspect is the S/4HANA Readiness Assessments, which offer comprehensive evaluations of existing SAP landscapes to identify the optimal path to SAP S/4HANA using Lemongrass's proprietary methodologies and tools.

The service also offers financial and operational planning, providing detailed analyses to help businesses understand the financial implications of moving to RISE with SAP. This ensures a transparent and predictable cost structure and anticipated outcomes. Migration Strategy and Roadmapping services also aim to develop custom migration approaches, addressing operational considerations and continuous innovation strategies to facilitate smooth transitions to SAP S/4HANA.

Architecture Planning is another vital component of the advisory service. This includes designing optimal system architectures to support legacy systems and new deployments under RISE and identifying and implementing services essential for maintaining these architectures.
