Knowby wins innovation award at dairy conference 2025

Knowby has received the Australian Dairy Conference Innovator Award 2025 for contributing to the Australian dairy industry.

Grant Rogers, Founder of Knowby, received the award at the Australian Dairy Conference Gala Dinner, which 650 industry members attended. Knowby's instructions platform was praised for impacting farm task communication during the event.

Grant Rogers demonstrated Knowby's capabilities to the delegates, highlighting its ability to address common frustrations farm workers face by providing precise instructions at the point of need. The Knowby Pro App facilitates this process by allowing workers to access instructions through simple links or QR codes.

Several major agricultural organisations, including Ingleby Farms, 40 South Dairies, Nevada Group, and Rosemount Ag, have implemented Knowby to boost safety and productivity.

Originally created for agriculture, the Knowby platform has expanded to over 20 industries, including mining, manufacturing, consumer goods, and hospitality. Its adoption has grown internationally, with use reported in 70 countries.

The Knowby platform provides several key benefits, including faster onboarding processes for new employees, compliance with health and safety standards, reduced asset downtime, enhanced performance and accuracy, and decreased dependency on individual staff for knowledge retention.

Additionally, Knowby has launched an AI-powered version that quickly transforms long video instructions into step-by-step guides. This version leverages technologies such as Dart Flutter for cross-platform deployment and Multimodal Generative AI for converting video and audio into structured information.

Other features of Knowby include the ability to translate instructions into up to 137 languages, offline accessibility, secure enterprise-grade authentication, and the option for organisations to share instructions publicly.
