Integrate 2025 set to explore current industry shifts, AV innovation
Integrate, Australia's leading AV and integration trade show, returns to ICC Sydney from 27 to 29 August 2025, uniting local and global brands in a showcase of the technologies reshaping how people work, learn, and connect.
With an expanding focus on sustainability, real-time video, and AI, this year's event underscores the critical role of AV in digital transformation across education, corporate, live event and smart building sectors.
Described by organisers as the "nexus for local and global brands to promote the latest AV solutions and products," the exhibition will feature cutting-edge displays of LED and projection technologies, advanced audio systems, smart automation tools, and collaboration platforms.
"Integrate is much more than just an annual trade exhibition. It's a hub for the industry to share innovation," organisers said, highlighting how the AV sector is adjusting to hybrid workplaces, immersive event demands, and AI-driven experiences. The event draws professionals from across the region, including integrators, technicians, architects, educators and end users.
Innovation across the floor
The exhibition floor will showcase emerging entertainment technologies alongside transformative AV tools tailored to smart homes, education, corporate spaces, and live event production. With a focus on real-time video analysis, intelligent audio, and immersive interfaces, the show aims to demonstrate how AV solutions can enhance customer experiences in dynamic environments.
"Where AV professionals discover innovative solutions for education, smart homes, corporate environments, and live event production to transform customer experiences," organisers said.
Tech Talks to explore the future of AV
Running in parallel with the exhibition, the Integrate & AVIXA Tech Talks will offer Australia's most comprehensive AV education platform, delivering strategic insights from global leaders such as HP, Crestron, and Axis Communications.
"Running alongside the Integrate Expo, 27–29 August at ICC Sydney, this program creates innovative discussions and uncovers the game-changing potential of AV," organisers said.
Key sessions will include:
- AI in AV:
Envisioning the Future of Innovation and Industry Transformation, a panel focused on how artificial intelligence is revolutionising AV through improved system integration, content creation, and energy efficiency. "Where business owners and senior management learn how AI transforms operations, unlocks new business avenues, and addresses sustainability," said organisers.

AETM K–12 Conference returns
On the morning of 27 August, the AETM K–12 Conference will offer a deep dive into the role of AV in education. This half-day event will present the latest tools and techniques to enhance engagement and learning outcomes in classrooms.
"Where IT and AV professionals in the education sector discover the transformative impact of AV on the future of learning," organisers said.
Integration and convergence
In a further nod to the growing overlap between AV and physical security technologies, Integrate 2025 will once again be co-located with the Security Exhibition & Conference. This convergence creates a shared platform for consultants, end users, integrators, and installers from both sectors.
"Experience the increasing convergence between AV integration and security technologies," organisers said.
"The co-location creates networking opportunities across previously separate industries and showcases how Security and AV technologies can work together in integrated solutions."
An evolving industry platform
As the AV industry faces transformative pressures from AI, sustainability mandates, and shifting workforce dynamics, Integrate 2025 offers a vital space for dialogue, discovery and development.
Through its exhibition floor, Tech Talks, and cross-sector partnerships, the event supports professionals navigating rapid change in an increasingly digital world.
"Integrate is Australia's leading platform dedicated to helping businesses harness the power of AV to transform customer experiences," organisers said. "It's where the industry meets to shape the future."
