Integral, Axon deal done - Updated

The Channel has heard from a reliable source that Integral's long-rumoured buyout of Axon has been completed.
Axon CEO Scott Green (pictured) told The Channel that he was not in a position to comment and added that if anything was to happen, “our immediate priority is to communicate with staff and customers”.
When contacted for comment Integral's Marketing Manager Ursula Lincoln said that the company would not comment on the rumour.
If, as our source has said, the deal has now been completed, an official announcement should be expected soon.
