Australian firm HAT Distribution has been selected as Paessler's distributor partner for Australia and New Zealand, with the core directive of driving Paessler's entry into new markets and verticals.
The partnership will serve enterprise clients across Australia and New Zealand, with reference to IT infrastructure availability, performance, and security.
Paessler states that it wants to tap into vendor ecosystems related to the region's industrial markets because they are key growth opportunities for technologies such as infrastructure monitoring.
Paessler's PRTG Network Monitor is the company's IT monitoring solution for IT infrastructures, network performance and applications, cloud services, and virtual environments. It is used by more than 300,000 IT administrators in more than 170 countries.
Paessler AG Asia Pacific regional director Daniel Sultana says the company works with the healthcare, government, and financial sectors, but it also wants to work more across managed service providers, data centers, education, and transportation.
